Do I need any experience to join?
No. Our Pilates classes are designed to be accessible for all levels. Our instructors offer modifications so you can work at your own pace, no experience needed, just a willingness to move.
Is there really no commitment after the intro offer?
None at all. The intro offer is yours to enjoy with zero strings attached. After your classes, if you love it (and we think you will!), you can explore our membership options — but there's never any pressure.
How long do I have to use my 3-class pack?
The $49 intro special is a limited-time offer — you have 3 weeks from the date of purchase to use your classes. We recommend booking your first class right away so you get the most out of your pack before it expires!
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothes — form-fitting is great for Pilates so instructors can see your alignment. Grip socks are recommended for mat and reformer work. Bring a water bottle and we'll handle the rest.
Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Yes! Life happens. Just cancel or reschedule with enough notice (we recommend at least a few hours before class) so your spot can go to someone on the waitlist.
